February EcoHour: Green Buildings – Where Science, Policy, and Business Intersect
RSVP
Join EcoWomen on February 21st for a panel discussion with three experts in sustainable buildings. Kristin Anderson of GreenShape LLC will talk about her experiences as project manager helping businesses identify achievable, cost-effective strategies for improved building performance. Katrina Managan will teach us about market trends, incentives and obstacles to high performance buildings. Seema Wadhwa of Urban Ltd. will give us her perspective on how green buildings have an impact on a healthful society and how green buildings need to be supported by cultural change and green operational management. These three women will give DC EcoWomen a better foundation for understanding the principles behind sustainable architecture and will give us insight into how they have become successful leaders in this field.
Whether you’re hoping to pursue a career in green buildings, meet your next role model, or just looking to pick up interesting facts to share at your next networking event, join us for this panel discussion and learn from these amazing women!
